Frank Caliendo graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and began his career performing stand-up comedy and being a master of ceremonies at local comedy clubs. He soon became a headliner and made his network debut on the WB sketch comedy series, Hype. After Hype Caliendo became a performer on MADtv in 2001. He also secured a spot on Fox’s Sunday NFL pregame show as a guest comedian to Jimmy Kimmel. When Kimmel left, Caliendo was his permanent replacement.
Caliendo has appeared in many talk shows and radio shows performing his stand up and impersonations. In 2007 Frank Caliendo appeared on TBS on his own show, Frank TV. The show in which Caliendo did his sketches and impersonations aired for two seasons and included audience favorites such as John Madden and George W. Bush.
