Alicia Harkness, VP of BearingPoint's Public Services Education practice, oversees the State and Local Government Solutions team, and is responsible for market development, service delivery and profit and loss. Harkness attended Lehigh University and graduated with a degree in Management. She not only serves as a Young Alumni Trustee of the Lehigh University Board of Trustees but she is also an active member of the Forum for the Future of Higher Education.
Alicia sat down with ThinkTalk host Zack Sherwood to discuss the qualities BearingPoint looks for in a job candidate. Student questions from from George Mason University received career advice on constructing a resume, what classes to take and how to go about finding an internship.
