THINKTALK NETWORKS NETWORKS, INC.
BROADCAST AND STREAMING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to any video programs (“Programs”) provided by ThinkTalk Networks, Inc. (“ThinkTalk”) to the institution or organization whose signature appears below (“you”).
1. For a period of two years after you accept these terms and conditions, you may broadcast any or all of the Programs on air and/or stream them via the Internet. However, if ThinkTalk requests that you not broadcast or stream one or more Programs, or that you cease doing so, you agree to promptly comply with that request.
2. You agree that if you choose to broadcast or stream any Program, you will broadcast or stream that Program in its entirety, including any PBS-style sponsorship messages that may be included the Program.You will not remove any sponsorship messages or other content from any of the Programs without ThinkTalk’s written consent. ThinkTalk agreess to run only sponsorship messages at the beginning and end of the program.
3. If you choose to broadcast or stream the programming you will notify ThinkTalk that you are doing so, and the average frequency you plan to do so.
4. ThinkTalk represents to you that ThinkTalk either owns all of the content contained in the Programs or otherwise has sufficient rights in that content to authorize you to air and stream the Programs in the manner described in these terms and conditions. Other than that, you understand and agree that the Programs are provided AS IS and without any warranties. For example, Think Talk does not warrant that any of the Programs will fit your intended purposes and it is entirely your responsibility to determine whether they do.
